| Abstract: | Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fenomén práce z domova. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda existuje statisticky významný vzájemný vztah mezi mírou subjektivně vnímané spokojenosti s prací z domova a charakterovým typem jedince. Práce rovněž přináší odpověď na otázku, jestli je nabízená možnost pracovat z domova pro zaměstnance stále nadstandardním bonusem, či nikoli. Teoretická část sumarizuje dosavadní poznání v oblastech práce z domova, pracovní spokojenosti a charakterových typů člověka. K řešení uvedených otázek je použit kvantitativní výzkum, konkrétně dotazníkové šetření. Na základě analýzy dat jsou v praktické části interpretovány dosažené výsledky. Pro tento účel jsou použity tabulky četností a korelační analýza. Závěr je věnován shrnutí práce, ve kterém je kladen důraz zejména na dosažené výsledky a jejich praktické využití. |

| Abstract: | The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the phenomenon of working from home. The main aim is to determine whether there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of subjectively perceived satisfaction with homeworking and the personality type of the individual. The thesis also provides an answer to the question of whether, or not the offered opportunity to work from home is still an above-standard bonus for employees. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge in the areas of homeworking, job satisfaction and human character types. Quantitative research, specifically a questionnaire, is used to address these issues. Based on the data analysis, the achieved results are interpreted in the practical part. For this purpose, frequency tables and correlation analysis are used. The conclusion is devoted to a summary of the work, in which the emphasis is mainly on the achieved results and their practical applications. |
