| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením současného stavu krizového managementu se zaměřením na krizovou komunikaci na úrovni kraje v součinnosti se složkami IZS při vzniku mimořádné události. Na základě literární rešerše jsou v práci vymezeny orgány krizového řízení zejména se zaměřením na úrovni kraje. Cílem práce je identifikovat slabá místa krizové komunikace na příkladu mimořádné události, kterou způsobil průchod ničivého tornáda na území Hodonínska a Břeclavska v červnu 2021, a navržení takových doporučení, které by přispěly ke zvýšení kvality krizové komunikace orgánů krizového řízení Jihomoravského kraje. Praktická část je postavena na kvantitativním i kvalitativním výzkumu, kde jsou prezentovány výsledky analýz a zodpovězení formulovaných otázek, které vedou k naplnění práce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of crisis management focusing on crisis communication at the regional level in cooperation with the components of the integrated rescue system in the event of an emergency. On the basis of a literature search, the work defines crisis management authorities, especially with a focus on the regional level. The aim of this work is to identify the weaknesses of crisis communication on the example of an emergency caused by the destructive tornado in Hodonín and Břeclav in June 2021, and to propose such recommendations that would contribute to improving the quality of crisis communication of crisis management authorities in the South Moravian Region. The practical part is based on quantitative and qualitative research, where the results of analyzes and answers to formulated questions that lead to the fulfillment of the work are presented. |
