| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací dohody RCEP a dohody CPTPP, které udávají nový směr v rámci jiho-pacifického regionu. Nové dohody o zóně volného obchodu povedou k rozvoji regionálního obchodu. Cílem práce je proto komparace obsahu a pokrytí dohod RCEP a CPTPP a následně analýza jejich významu pro mezinárodní obchod Austrálie a Nového Zélandu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první části jsou porovnávány dohody z hlediska pokrytí. Nejprve jsou analyzovány základní informace o dohodách, jejich odlišnosti v základních ustanoveních, v prostředí vzniku, v platnosti a ve členech dohod. Následně je pak porovnáván samotný obsah dohod a odlišnost úprav jednotlivých oblastí. Ve druhé části je pak analyzován význam dohod pro mezinárodní obchod Austrálie a Nového Zélandu v rámci jejich obchodu se třemi největšími obchodními partnery, kde je využita teritoriální a komoditní struktura mezinárodního obchodu obou zemí. Jsou zde analyzována odvětví, ve kterých je obchodní výměna nejvýraznější a odvětví, v nichž se může obchodní výměna snížit či naopak posílit. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the RCEP agreement and the CPTPP agreement, which set a new direction within the South-Pacific region. New free trade agreements will lead to the development of regional trade. The aim of this work is therefore to compare the content and coverage of the RCEP and CPTPP agreements and subsequently analyze their importance for the international trade of Australia and New Zealand. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part compares agreements in terms of coverage. First, the basic information about the agreements, their differences in the basic provisions, the environment of origin, force, and the members of the agreements are analyzed. Subsequently, the content of the agreements and the differences in the regulations of individual areas are compared. The second part analyzes the importance of agreements for the international trade of Australia and New Zealand in their trade with the three largest trading partners, which uses the territorial and commodity structure of international trade of both countries. It analyzes the sectors in which trade is most pronounced and the sectors in which trade may decline or strengthen. |
