| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním vztahu problematiky stárnutí populace a s ní spojenou flexibilizací trhu práce. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit věk nároku na starobní důchod a věk demografický coby faktory, které ovlivňují zaměstnanost a zaměstnavatelnost seniorů a osob v poproduktivní věku. Teoretická část popisuje současnou situaci na trhu práce, která vzniká v důsledku problematiky stárnutí populace, definuje flexibilizaci trhu práce a pojmy související s trhem práce a stárnutím populace. V praktické části byl realizován kvalitativní výzkum ve vybraných společnostech a personálních agenturách prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Cílem těchto rozhovorů bylo zjištění faktorů, které mají vliv na rozhodování zaměstnavatelů ohledně zaměstnávání seniorů a osob v poproduktivním věku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis examines the relationship between population ageing and the associated flexibilization of the labour market. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the age of eligibility for an old-age pension and demographic age as factors that affect employment and employability of the elderly and people of post-reproductive age. The theoretical part describes the current situation in the labour market, which arises as a result of the issue of population ageing, it defines the flexibilization of the labour market and concepts related to the labour market and population ageing. In the practical part, qualitative research was conducted in selected companies and recruitment agencies through semi-structured interviews. The aim of these interviews was to find out the factors that influence employers' decisions regarding the employment of seniors and people of post-working age. |
