| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hledáním a analýzou překážek pro efektivní komunikaci v multikulturních týmech. Teoretická část obsahuje popis modelů různých autorů, kteří se zabývají kulturami, kulturními rozdíly a komunikací. V praktické části práce se popisu-je metodika výzkumu pomoci testu Thomase-Kilmanna a samotný výzkum se zapojením respondentů české a ukrajinské národnosti. Výsledky výzkumu a možnosti jejich praktic-kého využití jsou následně diskutovány na konci této práce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the search and analysis of obstacles for effective communication in multicultural teams. The theoretical part contains a description of the models of various authors who deal with cultures, cultural differences and communication. The practical part of the work describes the research methodology with the help of the Thomas-Kilmann test and the research itself with the involvement of respondents of Czech and Ukrainian nationality. The results of the research and the possibilities of their practical use are subsequently discussed at the end of this work. |
