| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice obchodování na základě neveřejných informací (insider trading) a o zneužívání postavení v obchodním styku (selftrading). Obsahuje informace o regulaci těchto trestných činů. Je zde uvedeno několik reálných případů z České republiky a z USA. Závěr je věnován komparaci právních předpisů upravujících tyto trestné činy. |

It contains information about the regulation of these crimes. There is stated several real cases from the Czech Republic and the USA. The conclusion is devoted to comparison of the legislation regulating these crimes. |
