| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním starších osob v reakci na demografické stárnutí v Japonsku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak se vyvíjí od roku 2012 přístup japonské vlády a vybraných soukromých podniků ke vzdělávání starších osob za účelem jejich delšího udržení na trhu práce. V úvodní kapitole jsou představeny obecné teoretické základy související s tématem. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na specifika zaměstnávání starších osob v Japonsku. Poslední kapitola se věnuje přístupu japonské vlády a vybraných soukromých podniků ke vzdělávání starších osob. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the education of older people in response to demographic ageing in Japan. The aim of this thesis is to find out the approach of the Japanese government and selected private companies to the education of older people in order to keep them longer in the labour market since 2012. The introductory chapter presents general theoretical knowledge related to the topic of this thesis. The second chapter is focused on the employment of older people in Japan. The last chapter deals with the approach of the Japanese government and selected private companies to the education of older people. |
