| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat kariérní rozhodnutí a rozvoj mladých českých studentů studujících na University of Derby a jeho vliv na kariérní budoucnost studentů. Výzkumná část diplomové práce je založena na uskutečnění hloubkových rozhovorů s osmi účastníky výzkumu. Pro práci s daty byla využita metoda interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy. Metodologický postup umožnil zjištění důležitosti vztahů, prostředí, individuality a životního štěstí a spokojenosti. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou výsledky provedeného kvalitativního výzkumu, potvrzení, vyvrácení nebo doplnění teoretického základu a doporučení návrhů pro možnost budoucích výzkumných aktivit rozšiřující téma kariérního rozhodování a studia v zahraničí. |

| Abstract: | The major purpose of the diploma thesis is to examine the professional decisions and growth of young Czech students at the University of Derby, as well as their impact on their future job prospects. The diploma thesis' research section is based on eight in-depth interviews with research participants. The data were analyzed using the interpretative phenomenological analysis method. Relationships, surroundings, individuality, and life pleasure and fulfillment all played a role in determining the value of the methodological procedure. The results of qualitative research, confirmation, rejection, or supplementation of the theoretical underpinning, and recommendations for future research efforts expanding the topic of career decision-making and study abroad are the outputs of the diploma thesis. |
