První část popisuje podnikání a koncept franchisingu. Ve druhé části je analyzován trh pohonných hmot v České republice. Ve třetí části je představen návrh podnikatelského plánu a harmonogram jeho realizace. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis has been to create a business plan for a gas station, operated on behalf of franchising license of the OMV company. The first part describes entrepreneurship and franchising concept. Analysis of the fuel market of Czech Republic is in the second part. The third part contains draft of business plan and project plan of its implemantation. |
