| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je charakterizovat základy podnikání, ubytovacích služeb a tvorbu podnikatelského plánu, aby se poté vytvořil podnikatelský záměr na založení moderního wellness a sport hotelu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou části. V teoretické časti je nejprve popsána teorie podnikání, podniku a podnikatele. Poté se práce soustředí na teorie o podnikání v ubytovacím sektoru a je zde objasněna teorie pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Druhá, praktická část je zaměřena na analytické zpracování informací z teoretické části a obsahuje samotný podnikatelský plán pro hotelový projekt. Pomocí personálních, realizačních, marketingových a finančních plánů se zjistí, že podnikatelský záměr hotelového projektu je reálný a výnosný. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a modern sport and spa hotel. The thesis is divided in two parts: the theoretical and practical part. In the first part, the aim is to provide basic theory about entrepreneurship, the hotel industry, and the essential elements of a business plan. In the second part the business plan itself is being established through detailed micro and macro-environmental analysis. This practical part includes for example the personnel, marketing and financial plan, which will help determining the profitability and outcome of the project. This thesis will show that the hotel project will be profitable in the optimistic, realistic as well as pessimistic situation, which means the hotel business could be realized. |
