Hispanic lobby in the USA: main goals and most used techniques and strategies

This work presents the goals and techniques used by the Hispanic lobby. The aim of this work will be to map and evaluate the goals of the Hispanic interest group in the domestic and foreign policy of the United States. Furthermore, the intention will be to map the activities and techniques by which it achieves its goals. This will be achieved by analysing the goals of the Hispanic population, and in particular the entities and organizations that represent the Hispanic community, and by analysing the activities and techniques used to achieve those goals. The main goals of the Hispanic lobby focus mainly on domestic politics in the areas of education and the education system, migration, social and economic issues, and of the foreign goals, only the effort to influence relations with Latin American countries is significant. The goals of Hispanic NGOs are concentrated on domestic topics. The main goal of Hispanic organizations is to strengthen the Hispanic community economically, educationally, and politically, as well as to represent and lobby in their favour. The techniques used by the Hispanic lobby are no different from those used by other interest groups, but the emphasis is primarily on mass events and non-profit organizations. The influence of the Hispanic interest group is currently low, but with a rapidly growing population, financial resources, and political representation, we can expect an increase in its importance.
