| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zanalyzovat přístup podnikatelských subjektů v cestovním ruchu k financování a veřejné podpoře v odvětví a představit shodné a odlišné znaky v této problematice v destinacích Tyrolsko a Královéhradecký kraj. Zmíněná problematika je v práci vysvětlena a zkoumána z několika úhlů pohledu – ekonomického, legislativního, koncepčního a funkčního. Práce také představuje charakteristiku destinací, výkonnost cestovního ruchu na jejich území, fungování destinačního managementu a jeho orgány v destinacích a výsledky provedené ankety na téma legislativy a financování cestovního ruchu v České republice, které se účastnili odborníci působící v cestovním ruchu. Vyhodnocení dotazníku potvrzuje závěr, že je v České republice třeba vytvořit funkční legislativu cestovního ruchu, která v současné době chybí, a že je současné financování turismu v Královéhradeckém kraji nedostatečné. Výsledkem práce samotné je porovnání dat o velikosti a struktuře ekonomik, trhu cestovního ruchu, legislativy, politiky cestovního ruchu, systému financování cestovního ruchu a veřejné podpory. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyse the approach of tourism businesses to financing and public support of the industry and to present the similarities and differences in this issue in the destinations of the State of Tyrol and the Hradec Králové Region. The aforementioned issue is explained and examined from several perspectives - economic, legislative, conceptual and functional. The thesis also presents the characteristics of the destinations, the performance of tourism in their territories, the functioning of destination management and its institutions in the destinations and the results of a survey on the topic of legislation and financing of tourism in the Czech Republic, in which experts from the tourism industry participated. The evaluation of the questionnaire confirms the conclusion that there is an urge need to create functional tourism legislation in the Czech Republic, which is currently lacking, and that the current tourism financing in the Hradec Králové Region is insufficient. The result of the thesis itself is a comparison of data on the size and structure of economies, tourism markets, legislations, tourism policies, tourism financing systems and public support. |
