Critical evaluation of project management in the selected company

There are many approaches to project management in the modern business environment, including agile methodologies, waterfall methodologies, and combinations of these existing methods. It is a hard and important choice for organizations to select the framework that will be most efficient in their particular context. This thesis studies the project management processes used in the selected company X and evaluates the efficiency of these processes from the standpoint of timelines, financial resources, human resources, and reached quality. The processes utilized in company X are studied on the example of coding courses creation, executed by a team of 22 people, led by the bachelor’s thesis author. Critical evaluation of the processes in company X is conducted, taking into consideration the most common existing project management methodologies and best practices described in the literature. Afterward, recommendations and conclusions are made for the company that will allow it to improve the processes in the future.
