| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou perzekuce Ujgurů v Čínské lidové republice a pokouší se v rámci jednopřípadové kvalitativní studie zjistit, jaká základní lidská práva a svobody na základě čínských zákonů Čína na Ujgurech porušuje. Práce se nejdříve zabývá čínskými zákony z oblasti práce, náboženství a kultury, populační politiky a Ústavy ČLR. Poté analyzuje situaci v Sin-ťiang před a po nástupu Si Ťin-pchinga do funkce prezidenta. Poznatky z teoretické části jsou nakonec aplikovány na perzekuci Ujgurů, kdy porovnává jednotlivé články čínských zákonů s aktuální situací v Sin-ťiang. |

| Abstract: | The submitted bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the Uighur persecution in the People's Republic of China and in a qualitative sigle case study it tries to detect, which basic human rights and freedoms China violates on Uighurs according to chinese laws. The thesis first deals with Chinese laws in the field of labor, religion and culture, population policy and the Constitution of the PRC. The thesis then analyzes the situation in Xinjiang before and after Xi Jinping's presidency. The findings from the theoretical part are later applied to the Uighurs persecution, where the various articles of Chinese law are compared with the current situation in Xinjiang. |
