| Abstract: | This thesis is dedicated to sanctions against the Russian Federation and Russian countersanctions imposed on sanctioning countries. The main goal of this thesis is to determine the impact that sanctions and countersanctions had on Ukrainian SMEs. In order to determine the impact of sanctioning measures, we conducted literary research and own research in the form of interviews with the representatives of small to medium enterprises in Ukraine. The research showed that the impact of sanctioning measures was significant for most companies: it became harder to trade not only with Russia, which was Ukraine’s main trade partner until the year 2014 but also with other countries which are Russia’s allies or if the transportation requires transit through the Russian territory. In addition, it was found that Russian countersanctions had a stronger impact on Ukrainian SMEs than sanctions imposed on Russia. |

| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu sankcí uvalených na Ruskou federaci a ruské protisankce uvalené na sankcionující země. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký dopad měly sankce a protisankce na ukrajinské malé a střední podniky. Za účelem zjištění dopadu sankčních opatření byla provedena literární rešerše a vlastní rešerši formou rozhovorů se zástupci malých a středních podniků na Ukrajině. Výzkum ukázal, že dopad sankčních opatření byl pro většinu společností významný, ztížilo se obchodování nejen s Ruskem, které bylo hlavním obchodním partnerem Ukrajiny do roku 2014, ale i s dalšími zeměmi, které jsou spojenci Ruska nebo pokud přeprava zboží vyžaduje tranzit přes ruské území. Kromě toho bylo také zjištěno, že ruské protisankce měly silnější dopad na ukrajinské MSP než sankce uvalené na Rusko. |
