| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá riziky přímých zahraničních investic Čínské lidové republiky pro hostitelské ekonomiky střední a východní Evropy (SVE). V první kapitole bude vymezen pojem přímých zahraničních investic a stanoveny rizika, spojená s nimi. Zvláštní pozornost tady bude věnována screeningu investic. Druhá část práce se zabývá investičním partnerstvím Číny se státy střední a východní Evropy hlavně v posledních dvou desetiletích, budou uvedeny nejvýznamnější čínské investice v tomto regionu a obavy států SVE, spojené s těmito investicemi. V poslední kapitole budou zanalyzovány čínské přímé zahraniční investice a jejich rizika ve dvou konkrétních státech, - Maďarsku a Srbsku. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis examines the risks of foreign direct investments of the People's Republic of China for the host economies of Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). In the first chapter of the thesis, the concept of foreign direct investment (FDI) will be defined, and the risks associated with the FDIs will be identified. Special attention will be paid here to the Investment Screening mechanism. The second chapter deals with China's investment partnership with the CEE countries mainly in the last two decades. The most significant Chinese investments in this region and the concerns of the CEE countries related to them will be presented here. The last chapter of the thesis analyzes Chinese FDIs and their risks in two particular economies, - Hungary and Serbia. |
