| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výběrem nového trhu pro další expanzi rodinného českého pivovaru Bernard. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaký další zahraniční trh a metoda vstupu by byli perspektivní pro expanzi pivovaru Bernard, aby mohl na daném trhu uspět. Na základě vícekriteriálního hodnocení je zvolen cílový trh, který je podroben analýzou PEST. Dále je také provedena analýza SWOT a na základě zjištěných skutečností je zvolena strategie vstupu na vybraný trh. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the selection of a new market for the further expansion of the family Czech brewery Bernard. The aim of the thesis is to find out which other foreign market and entry mode would be promising for the expansion of the Bernard brewery so that it could succeed in the given market. Based on the multi-criteria evaluation, the target market is selected, which is subjected to PEST analysis. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is performed and based on the findings, a strategy for entering the selected market is chosen. |
