| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou společenské odpovědnosti firem v aplikaci na společnost Letiště Praha. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak jsou vnímány CSR aktivity této společnosti vybranými stakeholdery, identifikovat jejich silné a slabé stránky a doporučit případnou optimalizaci těchto aktivit. Diplomová práce sestává ze tří kapitol. První kapitola diskutuje současný stav poznání stran konceptu CSR na základě literární rešerše. Druhá kapitola seznamuje čtenáře se společností Letiště Praha a především pak s její CSR strategii. Třetí kapitola je věnována dotazníkovému šetření realizovanému mezi obyvateli obcí a městských částí hlavního města Prahy, které se nacházejí v sousedství letiště, jehož cílem je zjistit postoje těchto stakeholderů k vybraným CSR aktivitám společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the issue of corporate social responsibility in application to the company Prague Airport. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how CSR activities of this company are perceived by selected stakeholders, to identify their strengths and weaknesses and to recommend possible optimization of these activities. The diploma thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter discusses the current state of knowledge of the CSR concept based on a literature review. The second chapter introduces the company Prague Airport and in particular its CSR strategy. The third chapter is dedicated to research conducted among the residents of the municipalities and districts of the city of Prague, which are located in the vicinity of the airport, to find out the attitudes of these stakeholders towards selected CSR activities of the company. |
