| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je přístup založený na kulturních charakteristikách regionu Severní Ameriky a Západní Evropy k environmentální problematice znečišťování ovzduší a životního prostředí plasty. Cílem je analýza a porovnání kulturních charakteristik obou regionů a jejich aplikace na environmentální problematiku primárně v období od roku 2015 do roku 2021. Pro charakterizování kulturních přístupů je využit nástroj kulturních map vytvořený Erin Meyer. V práci je použita metoda kvalitativní komparace v jednotlivých kulturních dimenzích. Výsledkem práce je komparativní zhodnocení přístupů obou regionů k environmentální problematice a vyzdvihnutí společných i odlišných znaků kulturních charakteristik. |

| Abstract: | The theme of the bachelor thesis is an approach based on the cultural characteristics of the region of North America and Western Europe to the environmental issues of air pollution and environmental plastics. The aim is to analyze and compare the cultural characteristics of both regions and their application to environmental issues primarily in the time period from 2015 to 2021. The tool of cultural maps created by Erin Meyer is used to characterize cultural approaches. For the purpose of the work is used a method of qualitative comparison in cultural dimensions is. The outcome of the thesis is a comparative evaluation of the approaches of both regions to environmental issues and highlighting the common and different features of cultural characteristics. |
