| Abstract: | Tématem práce je dostupnost stravovacích a ubytovacích zařízení pro osoby se zrakovým postižením. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů cestovního ruchu s přihlédnutím ke specifickým potřebám osob se zrakovým handicapem. Dále pak obsahuje vymezení dané skupiny osob. Důležitými body této práce jsou specifické požadavky a potřeby zrakově znevýhodněných osob a legislativní opatření, které upravují přístupnost budov pro osoby se zrakovým postižením. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu hloubkových rozhovorů s nevidomými a slabozrakými osobami a dotazníkové šetření mezi stravovacími a ubytovacími zařízeními. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, zda jsou ubytovací a stravovací zařízení v České republice dostatečně vybavena na poskytování služeb osobám se zrakovým postižením, a zda tím daná zařízení přichází o potenciální zákazníky, tudíž nevyužívají plný potenciál trhu. Výstupem práce je zhodnocení výsledků dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocení vybavenosti ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení v České republice v kontextu poskytování služeb osobám se zrakovým postižením. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this thesis is the accessibility of food and accommodation facilities for people with visual impairment. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on defining the basic concepts of tourism taking into account the specific needs of people with visual impairments. Furthermore, it includes the definition of the given group of people. Important points of this thesis are the specific requirements and needs of the visually impaired and the legislative measures that regulate the accessibility of buildings for visually impaired individuals. The practical part includes an analysis of in-depth interviews with blind and partially sighted people and a questionnaire survey among catering and accommodation establishments. The aim of this work was to find out whether accommodation and catering establishments in the Czech Republic are sufficiently equipped to provide services to people with visual impairments and whether this means that the establishments are losing potential customers and, therefore, not using the full potential of the market. The output of the thesis is an evaluation of the results of the questionnaire survey and an assessment of the equipment of accommodation and catering facilities in the Czech Republic in the context of providing services to people with visual impairments. |
