| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na udržitelnost penzijního systému v souvislosti stárnutí populace. Věnuje se základním problémům, které vedou k neudržitelnému systému. Na základě porovnání s penzijním systémem Islandu doporučuje několik změn, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení situace. Práce zároveň na základě dotazníkového šetření vyobrazuje aktuální četnost využití penzijního spoření v České republice a následně vyjmenovává možné změny vedoucí ke zvýšení četnosti. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the sustainability of the pension system in the context of population aging. It addresses the basic issues that lead to an unsustainable system. Based on the comparison with the Icelandic pension system, it recommends several changes that could lead to an improvement of the situation. The work also shows, on the basis of a questionnaire, a survey the current frequency of use of pension savings in the Czech Republic and then lists possible changes leading to an increase in frequency. |
