| Abstract: | Kybernetické hrozby jsou globálním problémem a potřebují globální řešení. Téma této diplomové práce je bezpečnost kyberprostoru a mezinárodní politika, jelikož kyberbezpečnost je jednou z nejzávažnějších výzev naší doby. Pro práci jsou vybrány čtyři organizace: Organizace spojených národů, Severoatlantická aliance, Organizace pro bezpečnost a spolupráci v Evropě a Evropská unie. Cílem práce je tyto organizace pomocí kvalitativní analýzy v oblasti cílů, témat dokumentů, struktur institucí a jejich kompetencí zhodnotit a následně provést komparaci skrze jednotlivá kritéria. Součástí práce je také SWOT analýza jednotlivých organizací. |

| Abstract: | Cyber threats are a global problem that requires a global solution. The topic of this thesis is the security of cyberspace and international politics, as cybersecurity is one of the most serious challenges today. Four organizations are selected for this thesis: the United Nations, the North Atlantic Alliance, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and the European Union. The aim of the work is to evaluate these organizations using qualitative analysis in the field of objectives, thematic documents, structures of institutions and their competencies and then make a comparison through the individual criteria. The work also includes a SWOT analysis of individual organizations. |
