| Abstract: | The concept of decentralized finance is a modern approach aiming to enable access to financial services for people around the world in order to increase the level of financial inclusion. Financial inclusion is identified as one of the key factors for financial stability and sustainable growth. Many developing countries lack traditional financial infrastructure and do not have enough recourses to build a financial system as is common in the developed countries therefore, they tend to search for new solutions and Defi offers new options to increase financial inclusion where traditional institutions cannot meet the basic financial needs of the population. |

| Abstract: | Koncept decentralizovaných financi je moderním průstupem zaměřeny na přístup k finančním službám lidem po celém světě s cílem zvýšit úroveň finanční inkluze. Finanční inkluze je definovaná jako klíčový faktor pro finanční stabilitu a udržitelný růst. Mnoha rozbíječích zemi chybí tradiční finanční infastruktura a chybí prostředky vybudovat finanční systém který je běžný v rozvinutých státech, a proto mají tendenci hledat nova řešeni a DeFi nabízí nove moznosti zvýšit přístup k finanční službám kde tradiční instituce nemůžou uspokojit základní finanční potřeby populace. |
