| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vytvoření matematického modelu pro optimální výběr vhodného pozemku nebo jejich kombinace. V bakalářské práci je popsána úloha batohu a záměr investování do pozemků. Model je omezen zejména dostupným rozpočtem a požadavky na kvalitu pozemku. Optimální řešení je hledáno za pomoci softwaru LINGO a MS Excel na základě reálných dat, implementace je provedena tak, že aplikaci může použít i uživatel neznalý problematiky matematického modelování. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the work is to create a mathematical model for the optimal selection of suitable land or their combination. The bachelor's thesis describes the knapsack problem and the intention to invest in the land. The model is limited mainly by the available budget and land quality requirements. The optimal solution is sought with the help of LINGO and MS Excel software based on real data, the implementation is made so that the application can be used by a user unfamiliar with the problems of mathematical modeling. |
