| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem projektového řízení a jeho metodami. Cílem této práce je ilustrace návrhu mezinárodního hudebního festivalu za využití vhodných metod projektového řízení, a dále také přiblížení a analýza současné situace v ČR v otázce implementace metod projektového řízení do projektů v hudebním průmyslu, kde vycházím z hypotézy, že tyto metody ještě nejsou v oblasti hudebních projektů natolik rozšířeny. V první teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na historický kontext a současnou situaci na poli projektového řízení, následovanou definicemi nejdůležitějších pojmů. V druhé části je nejprve prezentován návrh mezinárodního festivalu, ve kterém jsou využity nabyté znalosti z teoretické části, a tedy implementace metod projektového řízení do tohoto projektu. Dále práce pokračuje výzkumnou částí, ve které jsou prezentovány poznatky a zajímavé myšlenky z hloubkových rozhovorů s odborníky působícími na poli hudebních projektů. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of project management and its methods. The aim of this work is to illustrate the design of an international music festival using appropriate methods of project management, as well as to approximate and analyse the current situation in the Czech Republic regarding the implementation of methods of project management into projects in the music industry, where I am based on the hypothesis that these methods are not yet so widespread in the field of music projects. In the first theoretical part, the work focuses on the historical context and the current situation in the field of project management, followed by definitions of the most important terms. The second part first presents the design of an international festival in which the acquired knowledge from the theoretical part is used and thus the implementation of project management methods into this project. Furthermore, the work continues with a research part in which insights and interesting ideas from in-depth interviews with experts working in the field of music projects are presented. |
