| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá společností AB a posouzením její expanze na slovenský trh. Součástí práce je analýza veškerých rizik a také možných forem vstupů na zahraniční trh. Použitými metodami výzkumu je hloubkový rozhovor s top managementem společnosti, PEST analýza a SWOT analýza. Výsledky jednotlivých metod jsou následně propojeny s analýzou odvětví trhu Slovenské republiky a aplikovány při návrhu formy vstupu společnosti na zahraniční trh. Závěrem práce je návrh formy vstupu na slovenský trh a volba vhodné právní formy při expanzi. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis focuses on company AB and considers its expansion to Slovak market. Part of the thesis is analysis of potential risks connected to expansion and possible forms of expansion. The research methods used is the in-depth interview with the top management of the company, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Their results are subsequently linked with the analysis of the field in Slovakia and applied when suggesting the form of expansion to the foreign market. In conclusion the form of the expansion to the foreign market is suggested and so is the appropriate legal form. |
