| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá využitím technologie NFT v prostředí mezinárodního obchodu. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na problematiku komercializace této technologie. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat jednotlivé možnosti pro komercializaci NFT ve vztahu k podnikání a poskytnout dostatek argumentů pro závěrečnou diskuzi. Práce je rozdělena na čtyři části. Pro pochopení způsobů komercializace popisuje první část prostředí Webu 3.0 a principy, na kterých je NFT založen. Druhá část konkrétně analyzuje způsoby komercializace ve vybraných odvětvích. Třetí část se zaměřuje na právní oblast a na právní rámce nahlížející na problematiku NFT v prostředí Evropské unie. Poslední, čtvrtá část práce, slouží pro závěrečnou diskuzi o technologii NFT a její využití v budoucnu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the use of NFT technology in an international trade environment. Specifically, it focuses on the issue of commercialization of this technology. The main objective is to analyze the different options for commercializing NFT in relation to business and to provide sufficient arguments for the final discussion. The thesis is divided into four parts. To understand the modes of commercialization, the first part describes the Web 3.0 environment and the principles underlying NFT. The second part specifically analyses the commercialization methods in each sector. The third part focuses on the legal domain and the legal frameworks looking at NFTs in the European Union. The last, fourth part of the thesis serves for the final discussion for NFT technology and its possible use in the future. |
