| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kritickou analýzou právních a ekonomických aspektů platebních podmínek dle Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Zároveň se zaměřuje na vybrané články Úmluvy upravující náležitosti platební podmínky, zejména určení kupní ceny, místa, času, a měny plateb. Na závěr se bude věnovat hlavním metodám placení v mezinárodním prostředí, kde by bylo cílem porovnat vybrané platební instrumenty formou rozboru jejich výhod a nevýhod, a posoudit jejich vhodnost užití v určitých případech obchodní praxe. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to critically analyze the legal and economic aspects of the terms of payment under the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on selected articles of the Vienna Convention regarding the elements of the payment terms, particularly the determination of the purchase price, place of payment, time of payment, and currency of payment. Finally, it will examine the main methods of payment used in international trade to compare selected payment instruments, evaluate their advantages and disadvantages, and assess their suitability and convenience in business practice. |
