| Abstract: | Tato práce je věnována tak dávnému fenoménu jako je uprchlictví. Především práce představuje historické počátky vývoje migrace, včetně vytvoření prvních organizací a prvních právních dokumentů týkajících se této oblasti. Velký důraz bude kladen také na moderní mezinárodní ochranu uprchlíků a vízový kodex, který je rovněž nedílnou součástí celého schengenského prostoru. V poslední části této práce bude uveden popis mezinárodní ochrany jedné ze zemí Evropské unie, tedy Nizozemska. V této poslední části bude podrobně rozebrán proces žádosti o azyl v Nizozemsku. |

| Abstract: | This work is devoted to such an ancient phenomenon as refugees. Above all, the work presents the historical beginnings of the development of migration, including the creation of the first organizations and the first legal documents related to this area. Great emphasis will also be placed on modern international refugee protection and the Visa Code, which is also an integral part of the entire Schengen area. The last part of this work will describe the international protection of one of the countries of the European Union, the Netherlands. In this last part, the asylum application process in the Netherlands will be discussed in detail. |
