| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis on the topic of "Comparative analysis of the Czech IT infrastructure in the context of talents attraction and cultural peculiarities" was to evaluate how attractive is Czech Republic for highly skilled migrants in the modern technology-oriented context. The secondary objective and challenge of this paper was to understand what makes a country competitive in the evaluated field, namely what factors are impacting a migration decision of highly skilled workers and are cultural differences one of them. The thesis is comprised of two main parts - theoretical and practical, with practical one being divided into interview and data analysis subparts. Interviews and analysis are based on theoretical concepts and methodology which are derived in literature review. As a result, the main determinants of a migration decision do not only include economic factors but also, very importantly level of technological environment, future prospects and specific cultural differences. According to this pool of factors, Czech Republic is evaluated as a country with high potential in attracting highly skilled talent but with visible current obstacles which do not allow to currently compete among the leaders in that field. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce na téma "Komparativní analýza České IT infrastruktury v kontextu lákání talentů a kulturních zvláštností" bylo ohodnotit jak atraktivní je Česká Republika pro vysoce kvalifikované migranty v období velké orientace na technologie. Vedlejším cílem a výzvou této práce bylo zjištění faktorů které dělají stát konkurenceschopnějším ve zkoumané oblasti tzn., faktorů které ovlivňují migrační rozhodnutí vysoce kvalifikovaných pracovníků. Důležité také bylo, zda kulturní zvláštností jsou patří k těm faktorům. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické s tím že praktická je rozdělená do interview a analýzy dat. Interview a analýza jsou založené na teoretických konceptech které jsou zkoumané v části přehledu literatury. Výsledkem interview je seznam hlavních faktorů ovlivňujících migrační rozhodnutí, které zahrnují nejenom ekonomické a finanční důvody ale také úroveň technologické infrastruktury, budoucí vyhlídky a konkrétní kulturní zvláštnosti. Podle tohoto souborů faktorů, Česká Republika je hodnocena jako stát s vysokým potenciálem v lákání vysoce kvalifikovaných pracovníků ale s patrnými současnými překážkami které neumožňují Česku soutěžit s vedoucími státy v této oblasti. |
