| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá námořní dopravou, a to konkrétně přepravními riziky, jejich pojištěním a následně teorii aplikuje na případové studii o zablokování Suezského průplavu v roce 2021. Jejím cílem je zanalyzovat faktický průběh situace, její dopady na globální dodavatelské řetězce, odpovědnosti, které nesou jednotlivé subjekty, právní vyrovnání z dostupných zdrojů či jejich predikci a zmínit doporučení prevence, kterou lze v podobné situaci aplikovat. Případová studie probírá jednotlivé body cíle, rozebírá role jednotlivých subjektů v kauze a analyzuje jejich vztahy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with maritime transport, specifically transport risks, their insurance and it applies the theory to case study about blockage of the Suez Canal in 2021. Its aim is to analyze the actual course of the situation, effect on global supply chains, responsibilities of individual entities, their legal settlements from available sources or their prediction, and prevention recommendations that can be applied to similar situations. The case study discusses individual parts of the set goals, analyzes the roles of individual subjects in the case and their relationships. |
