| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce komparativně vyhodnocuje efektivitu francouzské aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, z nichž první nabízí teoretický úvod do tématu politiky zaměstnanosti, tedy sady nástrojů využívané státem k aktivaci osob bez práce. Druhá kapitola představuje koncept nesouladu dovedností, který může ovlivňovat míru nezaměstnanosti v zemi. Třetí kapitola hodnotí význam aktivních opatření vzhledem k výskytu nesouladu dovedností ve francouzské ekonomice. Čtvrtá kapitola nabízí komparaci francouzské aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti se švédskou. Práce přináší zejména zhodnocení struktury francouzských aktivních opatření, evaluaci aktivit veřejné služby zaměstnanosti Pôle emploi a zkoumá účinnost vzdělávání uchazečů o zaměstnaní. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis comparatively evaluates the effectiveness of the French active labour market policy. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first of them is devoted to the theoretical foundations of labour market policy, a set of measures used by the government to activate the unemployed. The second chapter introduces the concept of skill mismatch, which can affect the unemployment rate in the country. The third chapter evaluates the importance of active measures due to the occurrence of skill mismatch in the French economy. The fourth chapter offers a comparison of the French active labour market policy with Sweden. The thesis provides an assessment of the structure of French active measures, an evaluation of the activities of the public employment service Pôle emploi and an examination of the effectiveness of education provided to the jobseekers. |
