| Abstract: | Tématem této bakalářská práce jsou sankce na luxusní zboží v mezinárodním obchodě. V prvních dvou kapitolách vymezuje tato práce pojem sankce, jejich rozdělení a charakterizuje sankční opatření a jejich postupný vývoj. Dále zkoumá sankce na luxusní zboží v KLDR, kde se zaměřuje na důvody, proč byly tyto sankce uloženy, a jakým způsobem k tomu došlo. Následně mapuje dopady sankcí na dovoz luxusního zboží do KLDR a věnuje se případům porušení těchto sankcí. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na sankce na luxusní zboží proti Sýrii a Ruské federaci a porovnává tyto sankce se sankcemi na KLDR. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this bachelor thesis are sanctions on luxury goods in international trade. In the first two chapters, this thesis defines the concept of sanctions, their classification, and characterizes sanctions measures and their gradual evolution. Next, it examines sanctions on luxury goods in the DPRK, focusing on the reasons why these sanctions were imposed and how they were imposed. Subsequently, it reviews the impact of sanctions on luxury goods imports into the DPRK and looks at cases of violations of these sanctions. Finally, the last part of the paper focuses on the sanctions on luxury goods against Syria and the Russian Federation and compares these sanctions with those on the DPRK. |
