| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na krádež za nouzového stavu. První část pojednává o obligatorních znacích trestného činu krádeže, kriminologickém pohledu na krádež a statistickém vývoji krádeže v posledních letech. Druhá část práce už se blíže zaměřuje na nouzový stav a z jakých důvodů byl v České republice doposud vyhlášen. Rovněž se věnuji problematice vyšší trestní sazby, která byla aplikována na trestný čin krádeže, jež byl spáchaný za pozorovaného nouzového stavu. Tato skutečnost je doložena třemi příklady krádeží, které byly spáchány v dubnu a květnu 2020. Poslední část je věnována nouzovému stavu, který byl vyhlášen v období březen–květen v roce 2020. Zde je provedeno srovnání údajů za roky 2019 a 2020. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda nouzový stav a okolnosti související s jeho vyhlášením se projevily v incidenci krádeží v období březen–květen roku 2020. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis is focused on a theft that occurred during a state of emergency. The first part describes the obligatory characteristics of the crime of theft, the criminological view of theft and statistical developments in recent years. The second part of the thesis is focused more closely on a state of emergency and for what reasons it has been declared in the Czech Republic so far. I also address the issue of the higher penalty rate that was applied to the crime of theft, which was committed during the observed state of emergency. This is evidenced by three examples of thefts committed in April and May 2020. The last part is devoted to the state of emergency, which was declared in the period March-May 2020. Here is a comparison of data for 2019 and 2020. The aim of my work is to find out whether the state of emergency and the circumstances related to its declaration were reflected in the incidence of thefts between March and May of 2020. |
