| Abstract: | Tato práce obsahuje pohled na to, jak koronavirová krize ovlivnila leteckou dopravu v obecném pojetí. Ovšem hlavní téma práce je dopad koronavirové krize na výrobce letadel. Sice je na světě více výrobců letadel, ale pro účel této práce jsou vybráni hlavní dva konkurenti v oboru letectví, a to evropský Airbus a americký Boeing. V práci jsou porovnány jejich ztráty od začátku pandemie Covid-19. Dále jsou v práci uvedeny investice zmíněných dvou výrobců do výzkumu a vývoje a jejich přizpůsobení se novým požadavkům. V neposlední řadě jsou v práci k nalezení informace ohledně letounů využívajících udržitelné palivo, které jsou sice stále ve výzkumné fázi, ale brzy by měly být dostupnou realitou. Výsledek práce je pro širší veřejnost, kterou zajímají dopady pandemie na výrobce letadel. |

| Abstract: | The paper is about influence of coronavirus crisis on air industry in general, however, the main subject of the paper is about influence of Covid-19 on aircraft manufacturers. Although there are more manufacturers in the world, for the aim of the paper only two manufacturers were chosen, namely European Airbus and American Boeing, which are main two competitors in aviation. In the paper there is a comparison of losses of both manufacturers since the beginning of pandemic. Investments in research and development is mentioned too because manufacturers had to adapt to new demands due to pandemic. Last part is dedicated to planes using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Even if they are now in a research phase, soon they will become a part of our reality. The result of the paper is for wider society, who is interested in consequences of pandemic on aircraft manufacturers. |
