| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá službami pozemního odbavení v letecké dopravě. Cílem práce je charakteristika služeb pozemního odbavvení v letecké dopravě a komparace dvou firem poskytujících služby pozemního odbavení v závislosti na zvolených kriteriích. Teoretická část práce je věnována základním pojmům z oblasti letecké dopravy a pozemního odbavení. V praktické části jsou v první řadě specifikovány zvolené firmy a následně je provedena SWOT analýza zvolených firem poskytujících pozemní odbavení. Poslední kapitola se zabývá komparací daných firem zajišťujících pozemní služby na mezinárodním Letišti Václava Havla. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with ground handling services in aviation. The aim of the work is the characteristics of ground handling services in air transport and a comparison of two companies providing ground handling services depending on the selected criteria. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to basic concepts in the field of aviation and ground handling. In the practical part, the selected companies are specified in the first place, and then a SWOT analysis of selected companies providing ground handling is performed. The last chapter deals with the comparison of the given companies providing ground services at the Václav Havel International Airport. |
