| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá úlohou sourcingu v mezinárodním podnikání na příkladu vybrané firmy, konkrétně na příkladu Společnosti XY. V první části této práce jsou definovány teoretické pojmy týkající se sourcingu, metody Kanban a RFQ procesu. Tyto teoretické pojmy jsou dále uplatněny v praktické části. V praktické části je zpracováno představení Společnosti XY a analýza současného stavu nákupu spojovacího materiálu v této společnosti. Praktická část využívá výsledky analýzy, na jejichž základě je navrženo nové řešení nákupu spojovacího materiálu, včetně RFQ procesu a jeho náležitostí. Na závěr práce je zpracován předpokládaný přínos nového řešení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the role of sourcing in international business on the example of a selected company, specifically on the example of Company XY. The first part of this defines theoretical concepts related to sourcing, the Kanban method, and the RFQ process. These theoretical concepts are further applied in the practical part. The practical part deals with the introduction of Company XY and an analysis of the current state of purchasing fasteners in this company. The practical part uses the results of the analysis, based on which a new solution for the purchase of fasteners is proposed, including the entire RFQ process, its essentials, and the expected benefits of the new solution are processed in the end. |
