| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pandemií COVID-19 a jejím dopadem na zaměstnance letecké dopravy. Každý jedinec byl pandemií ovlivněn a zaměstnanci letového provozu, který byl téměř zastaven, pocítili dopady velmi intenzivně. Cílem práce je posoudit konkrétní oblasti života zaměstnanců leteckého sektoru, které byly pandemií zasaženy. Výzkum práce se skládal z hloubkových rozhovorů se současnými a bývalými zaměstnanci letecké dopravy, kteří v leteckém sektoru pracovali v březnu 2020. V závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zaměstnavatele leteckého sektoru shrnující, jakým způsobem by měli v případných krizích jednat a komunikovat se svými zaměstnanci. Klíčovým zjištěním vlastního výzkumu je požadavek transparentní komunikace mezi zaměstnavatelem a zaměstnanci bez ohledu na jejich pracovní pozici. Neméně důležitá je také případná finanční podpora. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on air transport employees. Everyone was affected by the pandemic, and the staff of air traffic, which volume decreased significantly, felt the effects immensely. The aim of the work is to assess the specific areas of life of aviation workers that were affected by the pandemic. The research work is composed of in-depth interviews with current and former air transport employees who worked in the aviation sector in March 2020. Several recommendations aimed at the employers were created based on the research. Mainly how to behave in any subsequent crises and how to communicate with their employees. Transparent communication is crucial for employees and can be done through e-mail communication or personal interviews. Furthermore, employees would appreciate financial support during the crisis. |
