| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zhodnocení ekonomických následků pro černohorskou ekonomiku, vznikajících v důsledku čínského exportního úvěru. Tento exportní úvěr poskytly čínské instituce za účelem výstavby dálnice, v hodnotě odpovídající skoro jedné čtvrtině černohorského HDP. Primárně je tedy v práci analyzován vývoj státního zadlužení a výše zahraničního dluhu vzhledem k celkovému. Dalším z cílů je posouzení smluvních záležitostí tohoto konkrétního finančního instrumentu v kontextu standardně dodržovaných mezinárodních dohod oblasti exportního financování. V neposlední řadě je pak v práci vyjádřen je poukázat vztah na vztah mezi poskytováním financování projektů na Balkáně (respektive na území Černé Hory) a čínským vlivem na evropském kontinentu. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the economic consequences for the Montenegrin economy, arising from the Chinese export credit. This export credit was provided by Chinese institutions for the construction of a highway section, amounting to almost a quarter of Montenegro's GDP. Thus, the development of government debt and the amount of foreign debt in relation to the total GDP has been analyzed. Another goal is to assess the contractual issues of this particular financial instrument in the context of international export financing agreements such as “OECD Konsensus”. Last but not least, the thesis expresses the relationship between financing infrastructure projects in the Balkan region(Montenegro respectively) and the Chinese influence on the European continent. |
