| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je identifikace amerických kulturních standardů v pracovním prostředí pohledem Čechů a Slováků a jejich vzájemná komparace. Diplomová práce dále analyzuje oblasti, ve kterých se výše zmíněné kultury liší, a porovnává informace získané výzkumem s teoretickými východisky. Vedlejším cílem je stanovení doporučení, které mohou pomoci českým i slovenským občanům při střetu s americkou kulturou. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this diploma thesis is to identify American cultural standards in the work environment from the perspective of Czechs and Slovaks and their mutual comparison. The diploma thesis further analyzes the areas in which the above-mentioned cultures differ and compares the information obtained by the research with the theoretical basis. The secondary goal is the determination of recommendations that can help Czech and Slovak citizens when meeting American culture. |
