| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá stravovacími zařízení na úseku řeky Vltavy z Vyššího Brodu do Zlaté Koruny z pohledu vodácké turistiky. Práce hodnotí jejich kvalitu a srovnává zařízení mezi sebou navzájem. Zaměřuje se rovněž na obsah jídelního lístku a s tím související specifické stravovací požadavky osob, kam je zařazeno vegetariánství, veganství, potravinové alergie a potravinové intolerance. Obsahem práce je i stručné charakterizování cestovního ruchu, stravovacích zařízení, vodácké turistiky a kvality služeb. Dle stanovených kritérií bylo zjištěno, že stravovací zařízení jsou na tomto úseku považována za kvalitní. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with food service establisments on the section of the Vltava River from Vyšší Brod to Zlatá Koruna from the perspective of water tourism. The thesis evaluates their quality and compares the facilities with each other. It also focuses on the content of the menu and the related specific dietary requirements of persons, which include vegetarianism, veganism, food allergies and food intolerances. The content of the thesis also includes a brief characterization of tourism, food service establisments, water tourism and quality of services. According to the established criteria, it was found out that the catering facilities are considered to be of high quality in this area. |
