| Abstract: | The aim of this research paper is to define and explore different management theories and styles to determine whether the attitude towards them is different among the different generations of workers. It will discuss what additional issues have to be considered and assess what management style is most preferred by the employees. Based on this, it will be possible to conclude how managers can improve their practices to increase efficiency of the employees. |

| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je prozkoumat a definovat různé styly řízeni a manažerskou teorii, abychom mohli určit, jak se názor na ně odlišuje u zaměstnanců z různých věkových skupin. Práce bude také diskutovat o kritérii a problémech jenž musí manažeři vzít v potaz a který manažersky styl je preferenci zaměstnanců. Na základě toho bude možné usoudit, jak mohou manažeři zlepšit své postupy ke zvýšení efektivity zaměstnanců. |
