| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce na téma Cíle omezujících opatření Evropské unie zkoumá souvislost mezi cíli sankcí EU a použitými nástroji k jejich dosažení. Zkoumání je založeno na komparaci jednotlivých omezujících opatření v rámci sankčních režimů se stejnými cíli. Cíle sankcí EU jsou zvoleny na základě nařízení nebo rozhodnutí Rady EU, či na základě rezolucí Rady bezpečnosti OSN, jejíž sankční opatření EU implementuje. Určitý vztah se podařilo prokázat u ukládání sankcí z důvodu kybernetických útoků, finančních podvodů, jako prevence před prováděním zakázaných transakcí a z důvodu podkopávání suverenity a územní celistvosti země. K dosažení každého z těchto cílů bylo použito stejných nástrojů. U sankčních režimů s ostatními cíli byla zjištěna pouze částečná souvislost, z čehož vyplývá, že se EU rozhoduje i na základě jiných faktorů. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis on the topic of Aims of the EU sanctions examines the connection between aims of sanctions and the tools chosen to achieve them. Research is based on the examination of individual sanctions included in sanction regimes with the same aims. Aims of the EU sanctions are based on regulations and decisions made by the Council of the EU or on resolutions of the UN Security Council whose restrictive measures are implemented by the EU. Certain relation was proven between imposing sanctions as reaction to cyberattacks, financial frauds, prevention from execution of illegal transactions and as reaction to undermining the sovereignty and territorial integrity of countries. The relation is prominent in connection with reaching those aims using identical tools. Only partial connection was found when examining sanction regimes with different aims than those listed previously. This means that the EU also makes decisions based on other factors. |
