| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje implementaci nového produktu ve společnosti SAP z hlediska řízení projektu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. První se věnuje z teoretického hlediska řízení projektu a jeho hlavním metodikám. Projekt je postaven na kombinaci hybridního modelu metodiky PRINCE2 a Kanbanu. Druhá kapitola se věnuje digitálním smlouvám a formám, jaké se v dnešní době používají. Důležitá je také bezpečnost elektronicky podepisovaných smluv. Poslední část práce se věnuje již samotnému projektu a jeho řízení. Vše začíná sepsáním Business case a za použití Ganttova diagramu také rozvržení jednotlivých aktivit v rámci časového harmonogramu. Na konci je vyhodnocení projektu a doporučení pro budoucí implementace. |

| Abstract: | The thesis focuses on the implementation of a new product in SAP from the project management point of view. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one deals with project management from a theoretical point of view and its main methodologies. The project is based on a combination of a hybrid model of PRINCE2 and Kanban methodologies. The second chapter focuses on digital contracts and the forms that are used nowadays. The security of electronically signed contracts is also important. The last part of the thesis deals with the project itself and its management. It all starts with writing the business case and using a Gantt chart to lay out the various activities within the timeline. At the end there is an evaluation of the project and recommendations for future implementations. |
