| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na ekologickou daňovou reformu v České republice a hodnocení jejího dopadu na plátce ekologických daní. Předmětem a hlavním cílem je popsat, jak probíhají přípravné práce předcházející dotazníkovému šetření, které bylo zvoleno jako nástroj pro zjišťování administrativní náročnosti ekologických daní a vyvolaných nákladů zdanění. Popisuje i postup výběru poniků, na kterých má být šetření provedeno. |

The aim is to describe the advance working of questionnaire investigation. It is instrumental to the induced costs of taxation estimation. The thesis descibes furthermore the process of the choice of the tax payers sample. |
