| Abstract: | Tématem této diplomové práce je „Strategie expanze vybrané firmy“. Zabývá se společností, která má v plánu expandovat na zahraniční trh, konkrétně na Slovensko. Cílem je tedy navrhnout strategii expanze, kterou by firma mohla uplatnit v blízké budoucnosti. Za tímto účelem jsou skrze vybrané analýzy provedeny rozbory vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti, zhodnocení konkurence, makroekonomických a mikroekonomických vlivů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První část se věnuje popisu podnikatelského prostředí a právnických osob v České republice, včetně popisu malých a středních firem a tzv. rodinných firem, do kterých společnost spadá. V další části se práce zabývá vlivem globalizace, kdy jde o pomyslné „zmenšování světa“ a jsou zapracovány dopady tohoto fenoménu na fungování firem. Rozebrány jsou také současné modely expanze, které mohou připadat v úvahu pro vstup vybrané společnosti na zahraniční trh. Druhá část se zabývá případovou studií vybrané společnosti. V této části dochází ke zhodnocení vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí společnosti, kdy pro získaní veškerých relevantních zdrojů pro adekvátní zhodnocení veškerých vlivů byly využity jak informace získané z veřejně dostupných zdrojů, tak interní informace od vedoucích zaměstnanců společnosti. Zároveň je proveden průzkum podnikatelského prostředí na Slovensku a zhodnocení jednotlivých případných vlivů, které mohou mít dopad na expanzi společnost, včetně konkurence, která aktuálně na území provozuje podnikatelskou činnost. |

| Abstract: | The topic of this diploma thesis is "Expansion strategy of a selected company". It deals with a company that plans to expand to foreign markets, which is Slovakia. The goal is to prepare an expansion strategy that the company could apply in the near future. For this matter, analyzes of the internal and external environment of the company were made together with evaluation of competition, macroeconomic and microeconomic effects which are examined throught selected analyzes. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part describes business environment and legal entities in the Czech Republic, including the description of small and medium-sized companies and the so-called family companies. The next part deals with the effects of globalization, which is in other words "shrinking of the world" and the effects of this phenomenon on the functioning of companies. Current expansion models that may be considered for the entry of a selected company into a foreign market are also discussed. The second part is a case study of a selected company. In this part, the internal and external environment of the company are evaluated. In this case, informations from publicly available sources were used in connection with internal information provided by the company's senior employees to obtain all relevant resources so a deep assessment could be made. Then, a survey of the business environment in Slovakia and evaluation of possible side effects were examined. Moreover an analysis of the competition that currently runs their business in the area, is carried out. |
