| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku dětské práce, kdy hlavním cílem je identifikovat její příčiny v oblasti Vietnamu. První kapitola je vypracována metodou literární rešerše a zahrnuje definice různých pojmů týkající se dětské práce, přehled vývoje dětské práce a sektorů s jejím největším výskytem, kde jsou podrobně uvedeny činnosti, které děti vykonávají a její negativní dopady. V poslední části jsou detailně charakterizovány příčiny dětské práce v rozvojových státech. V druhé kapitole je použita analytická metoda a poskytuje základní informace a historii o Vietnamu a následně jsou provedeny analýzy hlavních příčin dětské práce ve Vietnamu s důrazem na roli chudoby, vzdělání a etnických menšin. Práce odhalila, že chudoba ve Vietnamu je významným problémem v existenci dětské práce, se kterou se stále potýká mnoho etnických menšin. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of child labor, where the main goal is to identify its causes in Vietnam. The first chapter is compiled by the method of literature research. It includes definitions of various terms related to child labor, an overview of its development, and most common sectors, which details children's activities and their negative impacts. The last part describes the causes of child labor in developing countries. In the second chapter, the analytical method is used and provides essential information and history about Vietnam, followed by analyzing the root causes of child labor in Vietnam, emphasizing the role of poverty, education, and ethnic minorities. The work revealed that poverty in Vietnam is a significant problem in the existence of child labor, which is still faced by many ethnic minority populations. |
