| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje pracovněprávním vztahům na území České republiky v období pandemie COVID-19. Cíl tkví ve stanovení toho, jakým způsobem COVID-19 dokázal ovlivnit určité aspekty jejich právní regulace. Důraz je kladen na alternativní způsoby výkonu práce, poněvadž přispívají vetší flexibilitě práce a snížení nezaměstnanosti, rovněž jsou vhodným instrumentem pro zdolávání mimořádných a nežádoucích události. Teoretické kapitoly této práce uvádí čtenáře do samotné problematiky pracovněprávních vztahů a jejich před pandemické legislativy. Praktická část se zabývá změnami způsobenými pandemií, a to obzvlášť u zvolených flexibilních forem práce. Závěr práce nastiňuje sporné aspekty a existující regulační mezery jejich současné právní úpravy. Přinos práce spočívá v podrobném a syntetickém náhledu na vybrané alternativní způsoby výkonu práce. Poskytuje zajímavé údaje o jejich regulaci v Německu, jež v této oblasti slouží zdrojem inspirace pro Českou republiku a doplňuje nedostatek těchto informací v českém jazyce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on labor relations in the Czech Republic during the COVID-19 pandemic. The aim of this thesis is to determine how COVID-19 managed to influence certain aspects of their legal regulation. The focus is on alternative work arrangements, as they contribute to greater flexibility of work and reduction of unemployment, as well as being a suitable instrument for coping with emergencies and undesirable events. The theoretical chapters of this thesis introduce the reader to the actual issue of labor relations and their pre-pandemic legislation. The practical part deals with the changes caused by pandemic COVID-19 especially for the chosen flexible forms of work. The thesis concludes by outlining contentious aspects and existing regulatory gaps in the current legislation. The contribution of the thesis lies in a detailed and synthetic view of the selected alternative work arrangements. It also provides interesting insight on their regulation in Germany, which serves as a source of inspiration for the Czech Republic in this area, and in supplementing the lack of such information in the Czech language. |
