| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro vytvoření nové služby pro již existující společnost, Sportovní centrum FAJNE v Ostravě. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části, teoretická a praktická. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem podnikatelský plán, jeho struktura a také pojem sport. V praktické části již bude sestaven samotný podnikatelský plán na dětský sportovní klub, tedy rozšiřující službu pro sportovní komplex. Cílem práce je zjistit zda je služba životaschopná a vytvořit tak podnikatelský plán, který by měl pomoci majitelů získat přehled, zda v provozu služby dál pokračovat. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a business plan for the creation of a new service for an existing company, FAJNE Sports Center in Ostrava. The work is divided into 2 parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the concept of a business plan, its structure, and the concept of sport. In the practical part, the business plan itself for the children's sports club will be compiled, ie an expanding service for the sports complex. The work aims to find out whether the service is viable and thus create a business plan, which should help the owners to get an overview of whether to continue operating the service. |
