| Abstract: | Fenomén tranzitní migrace si v posledních desetiletích získal značnou pozornost veřejnosti. Kvůli politickým nepokojům a násilí v zemích severního trojúhelníku jsou Spojené státy mexické stále více zahlceny přílivy tranzitních migrantů prchajících do USA. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým problémům Spojené státy mexické jakožto tranzitní stát čelí a jak se s těmito problémy mexická vláda vyrovnává. Práce klade důraz na analýzu migrační situace ve Spojených státech mexických a z ní vzniklých problémů a věnuje pozornost snahám mexické vlády regulovat situaci tranzitní migrace v zemi. |

| Abstract: | The phenomenon of transit migration has gained considerable attention in recent decades. Due to political turmoil and violence in the Northern Triangle countries, the United Mexican States are being increasingly overwhelmed by the influx of transit migrants fleeing to the United States of America. The aim of this thesis is to find out what problems the United Mexican States as a transit state faces and how the Mexican government copes with these problems. The thesis puts emphasis on the analysis of the migration situation in the United Mexican States and the resulting problems. Moreover the thesis analyses the efforts of the Mexican government to regulate the situation of transit migration in the country. |
